Rumsfield-Cheney are both very dishonest. They are also both corrupt and incompetent. They see things very unrealistically and only care about their favorite industrial special interests. They are basically both Cold War war profiteers, in the business of making money off war. And they have very little respect for anyone else. They are very arrogant and out of touch with reality. They have driven our military into the ground, but Halliburton has made many-many billions.
