That's the way I see it too, Mary. Every worker problem is a management problem. Management is well-paid to resolve the problems, and too many management people aren't worth their pay.

Costco's CEO gets paid ten times what his average employee gets, and considers it enough. That's about $350,000. CEOs of other companies that are a mere shadow of Costco's success are getting paid millions. Some board members want Costco to follow suit but he resists.
