I will be sneaking around quackeasys to get my foie gras fix. I'm not going to let the film Foie Gras Madness scare me off.

Actually if you called it cirrhotic liver instead of foie gras that would probably stop everyone but me from eating it. I don't care WHAT you call it- it's tasty.

I actually saw a program on it on the BBC when I lived in Scotland. The French ducks on the program looked to be treated a heck of a lot better than the average chicken raised in the factory farms in America, but I'm not sure people really like to think about the realities of factory farming and how it might related to their Mc Chicken sandwich. It's easier to think about foie gras, which not many people eat, and which doesn't involve that many animals. strange
