"While admitting the shady nature of Brinker's QQQQ dishonesty;..."

I don't "admit" it, I declare it. No one forced me into it. I'm sure you know that I am stubborn enough to not say anything I don't want to say.

"...you certainly go out of your way to provide a QQQuite illigitimate alibi."

In calling it an alibi, you seem to ignore the fact that I have repeatedly pointed out that it is wrong to omit a major failed call from his advertising.

"Please give me Brinker's 'past pattern' of handling his calls in 'bulletins' and how could ANYBODY know what he was going to do with information that was so important that he sent a special bulletin urging immediate action?"

I think your point is reasonable, but you seem to ignore the fact that I just got through saying that it would be easy for a subscriber to overlook his past practice relative to model portfolios.

Are you so desperate for someone to argue with that you have to keep setting up these straw men and calling them by my screen name?

I believe we agree that his advertising is dishonest and that he should include the effects of the QQQ bulletin in his advertised results. What we disagree on is that you apparently think he should include it is his existing model portfolios, whereas I believe he should leave the existing portfolios as is and provide one or more additional portfolios which include the QQQ bulletin.

I guess you think that's an "alibi." I don't know why.

I think that stretching the truth weakens your case.
