Wataire Industries and CIMBIX Corp. Attract Military Interest in Wataire's Large Scale Drinking Water Products

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2006--Wataire Industries Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF - News) recently made a positive impression at the US Navy Gold Coast Small Business Conference in San Diego. The Conference brought together veteran owned companies who are allocated 15 percent of military purchases and purchasing personnel for the US Navy. CIMBIX Corp. (OTCBB:CBXC - News), Wataire's marketing partner, who holds exclusive worldwide distribution rights for commercial size units, attended the conference along with Wataire personnel. Both companies are aligned with Veterans Vision Group who assisted Wataire in its product presentations to military purchasers including Admirals and Generals attending the conference. One Marine Lt. Colonel indicated that Wataire had a product that would greatly benefit the Forward Operating Locations in the Horn of Africa or any deployable location. He cited the logistical and financial benefits to the military if it no longer had to transport tens of thousands of bottles of water by air or sea as is it currently does. Wataire's commercial units can produce 2500-5000 liters of safe drinking water from moisture freely available in the atmosphere. These large atmospheric water generators are transportable providing flexibility of water supplies required for military installations and mobile operations.

The US Navy has requested and is now reviewing Wataire operating manuals and technical specifications as part of their assessment of safe drinking water alternatives for operating personnel in far flung areas of the globe.

Following the San Diego Conference, Wataire products were presented to purchasing officials for the City of Los Angeles who will be analyzing the Company's Air to Water Products, again assisted by the Veterans Visions Group. Sears & Costco Launch Wataire Industries Drinking Water Products in Mexican Markets

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 2006--Wataire Industries Inc. (PINK SHEETS:WTAF - News) and CIMBIX Corp., holder of the exclusive world wide distribution rights for Wataire Industries drinking water products announce that Esteban Soto Leyva, President of Tecno Alta Distribucion, CIMBIX Corp's Mexican marketing partner, has been successful in introducing Wataire's home/office units to Costco and Sears Mexico retail outlets. Costco is test marketing Wataire's atmospheric water generators in Merida City, Yucatan and Cancun in the state of Quintana Roo. Wataire's water treatment products are part of a Costco program called "Roadshow" in which the company's most innovative products are showcased in selected outlets. If consumer response is positive, the products will be considered for sale in all Costco outlets, either on the "Roadshow" program or as regular stocked store items.

Personnel from Tecno Alta, trained by Wataire, will help demonstrate Wataire products and will be able to provide important first hand market intelligence and feedback from Mexican consumers.

Sears Mexico will be featuring a Wataire consumer product at a major store in Acapulco. The Wataire Unit will be placed in their "Client Service Area" where the drinking water can be sampled by Sears' own customers.

Tecno Alta's efforts introducing Wataire technology to major retailing customers like Costco and Sears Mexico is further evidence of the growing corporate acceptance of Wataire's capability to produce safe drinking water. The Home/Office unit can produce 8 gallons a day from moisture freely available in the atmosphere.
