Actually, I was the one who missed the gist of your last post.

I'm pretty sure Clinton did indeed warn Bush about Osama. The issue here, however, is whether the threat was imminent enough to act upon. Clinton didn't act upon that threat despite all of the times Osama attacked under his watch. Why is it expected that Bush should have acted upon that same threat before the unthinkable happened?
