You can't see them very well in that shot. Could be anyone. Why are their names not on the passenger manifests. Even before 9/11/01 you had to fly under your own name. It was not easy to board a plane without official ID. Names such as Khalid al Mihdhar and Majed Moqed did not appear on the passenger manifests from that day. Why not?
