Nah, bureaucrats usually go for names that make good acronyms. I remember coming up with all sorts of convoluted names in order to get them to spell something catchy. We'd even have contests. Most of the winners were horrid. A friend of mine came up with the SEC's EDGAR. Ghastly. Anyway, you have to limit your name to three or four words. Anything longer than that needs to spell something. <g>

"HFDRMBS" just doesn't have it.
