I didn't mention it because it is already well known among folks on this thread, and because it doesn't prove anything. There was no trial, no one was convicted, and I'm sure that Dave has no technology to determine whether it was one person or two who were using the same Internet connection. If he did, he wouldn't have used the word "unlikely," which is a subjective determination.

Of course, it's obvious that you have been posting as Honeytres, and found a way of beating Dave's system for detecting multiple IDs.
