but I think you are just making it up as you go

I google it up as I go.
I have a pretty good basic understanding of what went down, so it's not hard to narrow a google search to the relevant information. I learn new stuff, and correct old misconceptions every time I go through the excersise.

You ignored my very good point about a novice pilot flying a huge jet
I didn't ignore it so much as dismiss it.
You also dismissed my point.
There are thousands of these planes being flown with great results every day. That tells me that the process just isn't that hard. I've flown small planes without a license (after someone took it off and landed for me). I've driven 18 wheeler trucks without a license (after someone told me where the basic buttons and knobs were). Even so, the terrorist teams only were able to keep 75% of the planes under control.

The human mind can rationalize anything in any way. Certainly with so many unknowns like 9/11 there are a lot of ways to rationalize what happened to suit one's own purposes. To believe the government story re: 9/11 you have to accept that a rag tag group of young men who had a few hours of flight simulator training actually flawlessly pulled off the 9/11 operation. It is very hard to believe that they could have flown the planes so accurately with so little training. Especially the strike against the Pentagon. An enourmous turn above the Pentagon and then a perfect ground level strike sweeping the ground. How did they learn that in flight simulator school?!? That would seem difficult for a seasoned pilot to pull off with such a large aircraft.

Just be satisfied with your own conclusions. There are certainly enough inconsistencies and mysteries in the 9/11 events to make one look for alternative answers. Just the bizarre behavior of the three men whos jobs it is to defend this country in such situations, when they did absolutely nothing on the morning of 9/11/01 during the attacks (no explanation for their passive behavior), is enough reason to really wonder what the hell was going on that day. It just stinks!
