Unless an overwhelming majority of all tourist who go do the Dominican Republic do hire child prostitutes your whole argument is based on nothing. I think the assertion that an overwhelming percentage of tourists to the DR are there for the purpose of hiring underage prostitutes to be unreasonable. Also even if it was the case that almost all of the tourist to the DR went there for that reason, it still would hardly amount to actual evidence.
