He sold ~1/3 of his shares last week at $34 an change on an automatic program. He's probably a short timer anyway. In a family business like Jacobs, Jacobs, and Jacobs, Bozos like Marvin aren't allowed out in public very often and he certainly hasn't been. I've defended IMJ disposing of shares on an automatic program time and time again. He and his family richly deserve that privilege with no questions asked. Marvin a totally different story. When rats and current division presidents like Blecker desert a sinking ship at bargain basement prices to the tune he's doing my eyebrows are raised. Yours should be to.
