"hey are monopolies as well, although more "natural monopolies" then the post office or education." Why? The Post Office is very much a natural monopoly. It is silly to argue otherwise. Postal service started out as private businesses, ours was one of the first that wasn't. Everybody adopted the model because it made sense that all citizens should have reasonable access to the postal system. Ditto with education. So classing these entities with, say, Standard Oil shows a fundamental lack of understanding about these things.
