France didn't steal anything. The Volcker investigation of the UN scandal did not find the UN itself nor any country to blame, just corrupt middlemen and Saddam's people. The rightwing has been lying about the UN and France since day one. And the current corruption in Iraq (and in the US) is much worse than anything going on before Bush's invasion. There are tens of billions missing in Iraq, likely stolen. And Cheney and Rumsfield are responsible.
