Prove Exxon is gouging? Just look at the obscene profits.

What obscene profits. Even during its best years its profit margin is less then Microsoft's, most banks, most large drug companies, less than Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc., less than PALM, less than Corning, less than Comcast or Viacom, or stamps.com, or General Mills. Less than half of what Marlboro made, and also less than have of Merck's profit margin. About the same as Campbell Soup Co. or Kellog. Less than about a fourth of the Fortune 500 companies. About a 10th of the Legal Services industry and less than any of the major sectors of the construction industry.

But even if the profit margins were actually obscene that still would prove price-fixing.
