Because it's obvious. Hizbullah did not fund their stock of 12,000 - 15,000 missiles with bake sales. It is very expensive to raise train and equip such a force. So it's only a question of who, which is not exactly a big secret.

The Israelis found Iranian silkworm missiles and Russian made Kornet anti-tank missiles, sold to the Syrian Ministry of Defense.
