I saw several job openings for this unit of GMAC. Everyone just calls themselves a servicing agent these days saying most of the risk absorbed by Fannie, MBS's and Chinese investors<g>.

You may be right about not staffing up but I am not sure about rotating origination staff to REO - the former skills are rated much higher than the latter - at least for now.
