Fine but having negotiated a $100,000,000 line of credit as well as other credit arrangements, I would remind all that even lenders have competitors and it is important to let all potential sources of financing see the best case. This may help competitors provide better terms even if they too insist on using the worst case as a basis for singing the loan agreement.
