I think this is a very big deal for SUNW. Having a monopoly promote your product is never a bad thing. Everybody wins here although I am trying to figure out how the utility wins by selling less energy. Certainly, they are doing a big favor to their customers so I guess that is their win. It will be interesting to see if other large electric companies follow. If so, this could be a huge deal.
