Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) has acquired Neven Vision Inc., a Santa Monica, Calif.-based provider of photo recognition software. No financial terms were disclosed. Neven Vision had raised $5 million in VC funding from firms like Anthem Venture Partners, Artisan Digital Media, Third Wave Ventures and Zhone Ventures.
