So you are asserting that international trade does require international institutions, or in other words without such institutions no trade across national boundaries is possible under any circumstances? Wow, that's a rather extreme and unusual assertion, but you take it even further. If I am supposedly a moron for asserting the opposite, that implies that you believe that no only is it utterly impossible to trade across national boundaries absent the existence of international trade related organizations, but that this impossibility is so obvious that anyone who doesn't see it must be a moron. Quite a leap I must say.
