Never had to call HP though... Among the nice features of Firefox is their forum help page. It is moderated. I recently had my bookmark toolbar lose all of it's bookmarks and could not figure out the problem. Posted it to the forum, and the next day the moderator posted the solution. Turned out I needed to open in "safe" mode and click, "reset" on my bookmarks. Cleared the problem immediately. That's about the third time I have used the forum, and they have bounced solutions back every time.
