I like the island idea best........ I like the Utah idea best. A lot of that area, including Nevada, is government land anyway so it wouldn't need to be bought. A reservation could be set up so that they could retain special religious exclusions, but those who wanted to go for regular U.S. citizenship should find it easy. It would just create a new problem to displace some island somewhere, so since the U.S. is at the center of the problem it should take primary actions to solve it. TP
