There are some Russian signs and Russian on products in Israel. My Mom sometimes complains that stuff is in Russian but not English. The official languages in Israel are Hebrew and Arabic. I have always thought that given its supposed official status Arabic is very much underused in official stuff. Outside Jerusalem and signs pointing to Arab villages in other parts of the country there is little signposting in Arabic for example.
