LOL. Mmm. Somewhat aggressive, maybe. But this isn't a whole new hail Mary design. AMD's already done the 1 core to two spin. Not, by any concept uncharted waters even.

Intel went from Yonah design (more or less). There are more changes in core from Yonah to WMC than from K8 to K8L.

On the bus front, Intel did nothing. AMD may / or may not update to HT 3.0 (likely not in Deerhound, but in Cerebus).

As far as 4 way SRQ, that's apparently in from Rev F. As far as 65nm, it is already in in Rev G (which may soon be starting volume production).

I look forward to hearing about the first working prototype. It would be nice if AMD showed it (behind closed doors) at Intel IDF (or in ATI booth).

If we don't here or see working prototype by November analyst meeting, ti would be a big sign of trouble.
