I didn't think of that, but how funny. It's a darn good idea.

After foie gras came up here, I spent a lot of time working my way through lots of literature on it. Everything seems to be far more complicated than at first blush- the politics, the methods, the history, there was so much to read on foie gras, and that's just one tiny topic. It makes me think that ever getting a handle on big issues is just hopeless (not that I won't keep trying).
