Please cite patents for "rebar and beam bolsters." Lots of folks make and have patented chairs. D500243 comes to mind. How many are made from recycled plastic? And what about those variable height, inter-locking bolsters made from recycled plastic?

Someone must have thought them unique enough to grant a patent.

We purchase our materials based on strength. Strengths are engineered in the designs and a weak plastic chair during initial set can cause damage to the products manufactured or the floors pored.

There are lots of plastic materials out there...they are not unique and the buyers clearly purchase metal over plastic for the same reasons.
