Roskam will win that race easily. In that district he is anything but "controversial," as Raw Story so quaintly describes him. Duckworth is a brave woman and is to be commended for her service and sacrifice but she has allowed herself to become a tool of Rahm Emmanuel. She does not even live in the district. Emanuel and Dick Durbin undermined a grass roots candidate (Cegelis) who had a legitimate shot at picking up the district for the Democrats, or at least making it competitive.
