The Terra Nova transaction does look attractive. $.43 per warrant is not a lot of risk. TNVA filed an 8-K today with some interesting disclosures:

Unless I don't understand this correctly (which is possible): the warrants are traded above IPO price now:
unit = share + 2 warrants = 5.33 +2*0.33 = $6 - IPO price.
They maybe cheap, but there are even cheaper blank check warrants, that are traded below IPO price. Like PGRIW, for example.

Please, correct me if I am wrong.
