That's the number who agree that the country is and has been going in the WRONG DIRECTION. And only rightwing Repubs are in charge, no one else, so that is a mandate against Bushies.

Wheh you call 70% of the country "wackos" maybe you need to find another country, like maybe Nigeria. You'd be happy there. Nice oil-rich dictatorship.
