I lurk your other board ... I've dumbed it down to taking liquid B's about once every 3 days .... I've stopped reading .... and where I am at is there is no compelling evidence about any of this .... define compelling evidence? UCLA did this .... in last 6 months .... accident trial 1 give 1000 mice cigarettes .... keeping giving till they ALL get emphysema trial 2 give 500 mice same as above give another 500 mice same as above + tomato juice .... just for the hell of it .... result: Not 1 of the mice given tomato juice got emphysema Not 1. Will it scale up? probably not ... but I take V8 juice every day .... btw - I don't have the link - was taking omega3+6+9 then read an article about speculation this may lead to heart attacks .... and right around that time ... stopped taking them ..... how do you see it: is folic acid - every day - as a supplemental - good or bad - the whole thing has gotten to confusing for me. finally, i can't prove it .... but cmm will be pumping thru 35,000 oz by qtr1-07 -OR- I will sell .... was NOT buying into hoopla ... wanted to know how bad the P&L was gonna be hit .... its the debit/credit guy in me ....
