Elroy, If the Israelis kill 99% of the Arabs, of course their situation would be different then.

Then I guess it's a good thing that more Arabs are killed than Israelis? You're still not making any sense.

Are you arguing from a legalistic standpoint, moral standpoint, or are you arguing numbers? If you want to argue numbers, you could argue that it's remarkable that a few million Israelis are able to hold off hundreds of millions of Arabs. Sure, Israel gets help, but Arabs wish they could choose such powerful friends.

If you want to argue from a legal standpoint, you should probably decide what you think constitutes a legally-drawn border, then decide how far back you want to go in your mission to correct illegally-drawn ones.

Finally, if you want to argue morals, such as multiculturalism, I challenge you to point out one Arab society that believes in multiculturalism. That would probably be the same Arab society that could learn to accept Israel's existence as a neighbor.

brought up the fact that the USA was formed on Native American land, but that didn't impress Ted because back then "it was different."

The difference is the new Americans killed 90% of the Native Americans, and then outnumbered them by 1,000 to 1. If the Israelis kill 99% of the Arabs, of course their situation would be different then.

He's making perfectly good sense. Why don't you understand him?
