Yes, the Fed is now data dependent, so it is critical that the data must support the pause argument.

Never mind that the data is so out of whack, that Wonderland is too weak of a description. I would call this the mother of all scams.

I think that the Fed will engage in outright monetization to drop long rates to 4%, they will have some help from the data as well.

The Great Housing Bailout operation has begun.
