Hey, thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't notice the difference between the headline,
"Climate expert sees tropical storm as the only escape",
and the actual quote,
"Our best bet would be some type of tropical system moving into the state"
You are right in that a tropical system is a broader term, but having grown up in Houston, my perception is that it took at least a tropical storm for a system to make it too us.
