Are there breweries in the middle east? Maybe we could settle this over local brews? The joke is the average folks over there, if they could get over their preconceptions, would probably get along quite well. Another legacy of euro colonials--divide and conquer. The current mess has more to do with colonial divisions, the British, the Nazis, the post war euro benign neglect re: jewish immigrants etc. PS Another thing we could do to make things better over there is to Ban the Beards on both sides. Turks have it right for both jews and arabs. Keep religion out of politics as best you can. Eh Tu Falwell and Robertson.
