"4th Best" or any similar rank would require a rather complex and somewhat subjective judgement, but the IDF is definitly not the 4th largest military. The top 5 are all over a million. Israels normal standing armed force is under 200k, and even on full mobilization its under 600k.

To observe that one sides fights from behind baby carriages, while the other tries to protect its children, is not bigotry but simple observation.
