Gee.... a convicted felon still under investigation and a dumb woman who has not been charged with anything(rightfully or not) .....hmmmmmmm....is there a difference? Here is an article on Mr. Cunningham...still seems relevant to me..

Report details the way Cunningham made deals
Democrats want findings publicized

WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (UNION-TRIBUNE)
Convicted former Rep. Randy “Duke” Cunningham was able to use his position on the House Intelligence Committee to steer classified contracts to favored companies because of a “major breakdown” in the way the government has overseen the contracts.

That's the conclusion of an internal committee investigation revealed in a memo sent this week to Democrats on the panel, according to one lawmaker who has read the document. Democrats are pushing for public release of the findings, contained in a 20-page report.
