Seattle port terminal evacuated in explosive scare: reports

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- A Port of Seattle terminal was evacuated and authorities set up a half-mile perimeter around the area after bomb-sniffing dogs indicated that a container could contain explosives, according to media reports late Wednesday. Personnel were evacuated from terminal 18 and a bomb squad was set to examine the container, which was recently unloaded from a ship, the Associated Pres reported. The ship's origin was not immediately known.
