What planet do you live on?

Mars will be brighter than anyone can remember (if you live under dark skyies), but it will be dimmer than Venus at its brightest and too small to see it as a disk with un-aided eye.

Mars is nearly on the other side of the sun and will shortly disappear entirely from the night sky.

It was close in August 2003, and outdated repeats of those posts have been surfacing ever since.

Maybe you were trying to make some subtle point about recurring hoaxes?
