Hmmm..
I can think of very few instances where death by terrorism "fits" the crime, and even in those instances it's probably just bias that makes me like the terrorists. But terrorism against the Nazis seems ok to me. No doubt that is because the Nazis lost, and I am in a country that was on the other side.

Countries often get what they "deserve" geopolitically speaking, but I wouldn't usually include terrorism in the bevy of "just desserts" they might get.
