Don't back down now. re: Tell me which company you work for, and I'll make sure to ... er ... never mind, I'm not as shallow as you are. Privately held. But judging a company by the quality of their employees is probably as good a metric as there is. And if you use the same decision process in your job as you do in your politics.... let's just say I would prefer a more pragmatic approach.
