On topic (airlines) my local Boston station reports the woman DID have a jar of petroleum jelly and 4 lighters when apprehended at Logan. My guess is that she has psychiatric problems; last year a guy with bipolar disorder was shot and killed when he acted psychotic. It's a tough time to have psychological problems; take your meds before boarding the plane. There is no more slack anymore. That's why the deep pockets folks are all taking corporate jets; not sure if there is a small cap that could benefit from that. My guess is that folks wil keep flying ("it won't happen to me"). I only fly a few times a year but I worry more about if the pilots are sober. SG
