My thoughts exactly about the danger. I knew when Rufus first came on that message board and was threatening anyone who bashed the company with lawsuits and rounding up the shareholders to sue that he meant business. I believe I said that in my earliest posting. I had suggested that he had some sort of a vendetta against someone and he was planning a payback. That whole yeeeehawwww thing in the interview about getting the shorts. I think most of the posters are harmless and playing their games - as evidenced by their prior histories on other stock plays that are readiy available. I have also said that I have never ever associated with anyone remotely like these people on the message boards. It is pretty obvious most of them lack any education and certainly the way they have been brought up or shall I say not brought up to respect other people leaves a civilized person to wonder. I was surprised you went "IN" using your real name. The internet is a dangerous place. Many feel a whole lot more powerful when they are anonymous sitting in front of a computer than if they were speaking to someone one on one. Lets face it, you are obviously more educated and successful than most of them and you posed a threat. There is no way in hell in real life someone would dare to treat you like that. Doesn't it give you a more personal sense about violent video games and role playing and what results from that. I am starting to understand how situations like that could possibly teach someone pretty aggressive behavior. I was naive myself going onto message boards thinking I could help someone. The bottom line is most don't want to be helped, they just want to be right! For myself personally, I always like to listen to both sides and weigh what was said and decide my own comfort level. I missed the Rodney Young piece! see I didn't even read all the stuff that was posted 1,000 times about ourstreet either. It is about about feeling powerful, when in fact they have no power at in all in their own lives. A bunch of know it all 20 somethings! LOL! Sure made me understand what Cults were all about! I'd gladly mix up the KOOL AID for THAT group! A very different world from how I live. Sorry you are upset!
