The fires in the buildings due to the plane crashes were not hot enough to melt steel. Jet fuel does not burn hot enough...especially in the circumstances of a diffuse fire.

Building 7 also had molten steel pooled in the rubble. No plane hit building 7.

Then why did the building explode and free fall?
It did neither.
