Really? You don't see it, you're not just pulling my leg? (Well maybe one has to have experienced racism [or sexism, or religious bigotry, etc.] to become sensitized to it.... I would have thought that repeated, consistent slurs and insults directed against 'blacks', 'indians', 'arabs', what-have-you, might have given some hint, but perhaps it's just that your 'indicator meter' is pegged a little higher.
