It was not Silverstein who broached the subject in the decision process using that term. He was only repeating it from discussions.

Anyone who tries to say or intimate that the word originated with Silverstein in that situation is trying to obfuscate.

Do you really believe your OWN BS? . Silverstein had to KNOW what the term meant,

I do belive what I write. Silverstein is a financier and landlord. Why would you expect him to speak in the construction-trade venacular?
