Thanks for reminding me about Agiliant. I bought more shares of A when it was spun off. It appears that 22% of the old HP was spun off into new A shares in 1999. Therefore, my CPQ shares that I bought now consist of A shares and HPQ shares and my new break even on the HPQ shares is around $28.

I feel a lot better about my CPQ investment but the HWP component really has not performed that well over the last 7 years. I made some good money trading A and now own twice as much A than HPQ.

I like both companies but have only added to my A shares and have let my HPQ shares alone. Perhaps the CPQ integration is now finally behind them and HWP can continue to grow again.
