>>Why not believe the Qualcomm spokesperson who came to the same conclusion as voop in an earlier posting?<<

Again Voop's quote did not come from QCOM spin as accused here, but from Nokia's own PR department's press release on the Deleware action:

>>ESPOO, Finland, August 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nokia (NYSE: NOK ) announced today that it has filed a complaint against Qualcomm with the Delaware Court of Chancery in the U.S. Nokia is asking the Court to order Qualcomm to abide by its written contractual obligations to international standards setting organizations to license intellectual property essential to GSM and UMTS technology standards on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms.<<

I see, because Nokia denies Qualcomm's allegations we should believe them? Why not believe the Qualcomm spokesperson who came to the same conclusion as voop in an earlier posting?

I'm not saying in any way shape or form that Nokia is not guilty of violating Q's IPR.....what I am saying (and will continue to say), is that there is simply no way in hell that Nokia has admitted in court or in a press release that are in infringement of Q's GSM IPR. It would violate every rule of common sense to believe that they would ever make that addmission.

The filing backs that up. They deny absolutely every aspect of Q's charges. We'll have to wait and see what the filing from Delaware says, but I would be stunned if it says anything different.
