permits are bad enuff. I know some people who tried to start a mine near Timmins. The stories about the government were disheartening. Then I talked to some government people and they told me that they had done it all wrong.. I mean in the way they did the administration of the DD.. etc.. so there is a right and a wrong way.. but there is no good way.. and if you throw them a curve.. -and- a few consultants don't read the guidelines keerectly.. you will get a sideshow.. sort of reminds me of some of the Simpson's episodes... only stranger.. It will go. Take a miracle but it will go. Somethings you just can't stop. This one is too good to die. EC<:-}
