I agree with you. As a customer my main complaint with them is server problems. I have never had any problems with their customer service - while AOL has always been lacking in that area. I think that the new marketing strategies are a step in the right direction.

Be careful , AD'S work BUT like aids it could be a slow kill in a flat market, just a thought, nothing is forever.
